Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
MIRIAD GLOBAL SL is the CONTROLLER of the USER's personal data and hereby informs the USER that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
Why do we process your personal data?
To deal with the enquiries and requests the USER sends through the contact form and, where applicable, to maintain the business relationship arising from them. The envisaged operations are:
- To process orders and requests and to respond to enquiries or any kind of request made by the USER through the contact methods available on the website.
- To carry out market research and statistical analysis.
- To send commercial communications about the CONTROLLER's activity, products and services, only where the USER has consented to it.
On what grounds may we process your personal data?
Because the processing is lawful under Article 6 of the GDPR on the following grounds:
- On the legitimate interest of the CONTROLLER: to deal with the USER's requests and enquiries and to carry out market research and statistical analysis.
- With the USER's consent: sending commercial communications.
How long will we keep your personal data?
It will be kept for no longer than necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing or while legal requirements demand its retention. When it is no longer necessary, it will be erased with appropriate security measures to guarantee its anonymisation or complete destruction.

No disclosure of personal data to third parties is envisaged, except where necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our communications service providers, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current privacy legislation.
What are your rights?
The USER is entitled to the following rights:

- The right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of your data, as well as to restrict or object to its processing.
- The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current legislation.

Whether the information provided is mandatory or optional
By entering data into the form fields, the USER expressly, freely and unequivocally accepts that such data is necessary in order to deal with their request. The CONTROLLER will indicate which data is required to provide an optimal service. Should that data not be provided, the information and services cannot be guaranteed to fully match the USER's needs.
The USER warrants that the personal data provided is truthful and is responsible for notifying any change to it.
Security measures
The CONTROLLER complies with the GDPR and the LOPDGDD for the processing of the personal data under its responsibility, in accordance with the principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.
The CONTROLLER warrants that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS.
