SMD assembly line operator

A company with more than 35 years of experience devoted to technological specialisation, adapting to the specific needs of each customer.

Main duties

• Programming and set-up of the SMD line machines.
• Loading and feeding the machines with the required components.
• Monitoring the correct operation of the assembly line.
• Adjusting machine parameters to ensure components are mounted correctly.
• Basic and preventive maintenance of the equipment.
• Adjustment and maintenance of the reflow oven.
• Set-up and control of the oven profiler.
• Detecting and solving basic incidents during the assembly process.
• Checking that components are correctly mounted and making any necessary adjustments.

Education and requirements

• Higher-level vocational training (FP2) in Electronics or equivalent technical education.
• Availability to work shifts.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Experience required

• Previous experience working on SMD assembly lines.
• Experience in programming and setting up SMD machinery.
• Knowledge of screen printing, surface-mount machines and reflow ovens.
• Experience in adjusting and maintaining electronic assembly lines.

Terms and conditions

• Permanent contract.
• Full time, 40 hours per week.
• Eight-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
